Why do you ask my contact number?
All our shipments are arranged by Registered Mails, your number will be used for delivery purpose such as inform you to collect, missing information, or fail to collect.
What happen if I do not receive the order?
Normally, it doesn't happen. All our shipments are arranged by Registered Mail/Parcel.
You can inform us, and we will make an inquiry to HK Post Office. We also will make a claim if order doesn't arrive after 1 month. HK Post Office will ask the destination local provider to confirm. The process takes 4-8 weeks.
How do I track my shipment?
You might track you shipment here through the tracking number we provide.

However, some destination delivery service provider will not update the delivery status. You can still see the goods when has left Hong Kong, and when the order is arrived it will update Delivered.
